1. Definitions

– Affiliate: An individual or entity registered with SatAffiliates.com to promote our partner brands and earn commissions.
– Referred Customer: A customer directed to our partner brands through your affiliate links or promotional efforts.
– Commission: Earnings paid to you based on Revenue Share, CPA, or Hybrid models, as described on our website.
– Net Revenue: The revenue generated by referred customers, less applicable deductions (e.g., taxes, fees, bonuses).

2. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full name, email address, and payment details.
Not reside in a jurisdiction where participation in our affiliate program is prohibited by law.
Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of SatAffiliates.com or our partner brands.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

Promote our partner brands in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.
Use only approved marketing materials and affiliate links provided by us.
Not engage in fraudulent activities, such as generating fake referrals, manipulating tracking data, or incentivizing referred customers improperly.
Not use our brand names, logos, or trademarks in a way that misrepresents your relationship with us or our partners.
Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to advertising, data protection, and gambling regulations.
Not promote our services in restricted jurisdictions or through unsolicited communications (e.g., spam).

4. Commission Structure

We offer commissions based on the following models, as detailed on our website:

Revenue Share: Earn up to 50% of the net revenue generated by your referred customers for their lifetime activity.
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): Earn a fixed payment for each referred customer who completes specific actions (e.g., deposits, bets).
Hybrid: Earn a combination of Revenue Share and CPA commissions based on referred customer activity.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via Indian Bank Transfer, cryptocurrency, or other agreed-upon methods. Payments are subject to a minimum threshold and verification of referred customer activity. We reserve the right to adjust commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

5. No Negative Carryover

We do not carry over negative balances from one month to the next. If your referred customers generate a negative net revenue in a given month, your commission balance will reset to zero at the start of the next month.

6. Termination

We may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at our discretion, with or without notice, if you:

Violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
Engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
Fail to generate any referred customers for 6 consecutive months.

Upon termination, you will cease using our marketing materials and affiliate links, and we will pay any outstanding commissions owed, subject to verification. You may terminate your participation by notifying us in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved marketing materials and affiliate links solely for promoting our partner brands. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property (e.g., logos, trademarks, content) without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information we provide, including affiliate performance data, commission structures, and business strategies. This obligation survives the termination of your participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

SatAffiliates.com, its affiliates, and partner brands will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability to you will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SatAffiliates.com, its affiliates, and partner brands from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or improper promotional activities.

11. Governing Law
